• 4 iteration of online business simulation of 2-3 hours/iteration with 1 team coaching session in the middle of 2-3 hours and at the end (iteration 1 + iteration 2 + team coaching session + iteration 3 + iteration 4 + team coaching session); this process is 2 consecutive days 
• 5 iteration of online business simulation of 2-3 hours + 4 team coaching sessions (in the middle of the process, at the end and 2 sessions aligned together with the team)
• 5 iteration of online business simulation of 2-3 hours + 8 team coaching sessions (in the middle of the process, at the end and 6 sessions aligned together with the team for 4-6 months)
• Any other mix that is useful for management team development: online business simulations + team coaching sessions + 1:1 executive coaching sessions
